The ingredients quality is the first step to success
Here we go with the list :
1) 100 g of guanciale di norcia per person
Leave sizzling in a hint of E.V.O.(extra vergine olive oil) until crispy.
2) 1 whole bio egg per person
Shake blend and mix the eggs with a pinch of salt
3) 150 g spaghetti n. 7 bronze casted p.p.
In abundant hot salty water let the spaghetti boil for 10 min. ca. They must be “al dente” so check them from time to time.
4) 1 chilly peperoncino p.p.
5 ) 30 g Parmigiano Reggiano grated p.p.
